Aleksandar and Lyuba Titovets are presenting a new body of work at InSight Gallery starting November 7 in Fredericksburg, Texas. Titled The Painted World,the show will present new works from both artists.

“The Painted World presents the luminous work of Aleksander and Lyuba Titovets, a husband-and-wife duo whose classical training meets vibrant, contemporary expression. With artistic foundations rooted in their art education in St. Petersburg, Russia, the Titovets’ style is a nod to their history as well as their life in the West,” says gallery co-owner Elizabeth Harris. “Known for their rich brushwork, dynamic color and poetic vision, their work invites viewers into a world shaped by memory, place and emotional depth.”

Aleksander, known for his rich and impressionistic style, blends Russian academic training with Western light and color. His career highlights include numerous awards and a portrait of First Lady Laura Bush that is part of the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery. His evocative landscapes and portraits reflect a lifetime of artistic dedication and international recognition. Lyuba brings a whimsical, symbolic sensibility to the exhibition. Her work offers poetic interpretations of everyday life with charm, wit and emotional resonance.
